How it works
Our solar streetlights use a combination of the sun’s energy and wind power to provide illumination in public areas, as and when required.
The highly efficient streetlights are designed to operate as one integrated system. This includes power generation, storage and management (through solar panels, battery and controller) as well as the light itself, support frame and weatherproof housing.
The lights can be configured to turn on and off between dusk and dawn and the controller automatically adapts to the changing length of day through the year, to ensure the light switches on and off at the correct times.
Wind generators can be integrated into the solar streetlight depending on the need for light and the climatic conditions.
