Worldwide training and support

Sustainable energy technologies are new and sometimes complex. That’s why we place great importance not only on making sure we help you find the technology that’s right for you, but supporting you once it’s been installed.

Training

We provide training for anyone who will be directly involved with the running or management of one of our sustainable energy solutions, wherever they are in the world. This can be anything from training individual installers and project managers to delivering training programmes for UN organisations, private companies and government departments throughout the world.

We can help with everything from providing classroom lessons in basic electrical theory and practical installation methods to carrying our longer-term training in the delivery of complex installations, planning of site layouts and the importance of post-installation evaluation.

As part of our commitment to training, we recently trained technicians from the Ministry of Agriculture & UNICEF in Djibouti, East Africa on how to install and operate solar water pumps. The two-week training course covered everything from the principles of photovoltaic's and pumping technologies to the fundamentals of cost estimation.

During the second week, the students were taken to site and guided through the practical installation of a fully functional community size pumping system for a remote Children’s and Maternity Hospital. It’s just one example of how through training, we are helping communities across the world become truly self-sufficient in the supply and management of sustainable energy.

Telephone support

Our worldwide support doesn’t stop at training. We offer telephone support to our customers anywhere in the world, talking through any issues or resolving them direct. Where problems do arise, due to product failure/installation issues, we troubleshoot it.
