Social responsibility

We continually look for ways in which our knowledge, our products and our technologies can be used to create positive change around the world.

As part of our commitment to contribute positively to the global community, we work with international organisations, charities and the governments of developing countries to develop and supply lasting renewable solutions.

Over the last 4 years, we have worked with UNICEF to provide Solar Powered Water Pumps in Djibouti, East Africa. As part of this, we also trained local people on how to use and maintain the equipment – helping them ensure that they have access to clean, safe drinking water.

Our Vaccine Refrigerators also help improve lives across the world. In Nigeria, the Gboko Medical Centre has used the refrigerator to protect and store thousands of vaccines. While in South Sudan, UK charity The Brickworks purchased a refrigerator for Martha Primary Health Care Centre, protecting vaccines and lives in this most challenging of environments.

We now have our brand new award winning BLF 100 range of vaccine fridges which have recently been a huge success in Vietnam, Hong Kong and regions of Africa.
